Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and customer needs;
- Gather and agree requirements with functional customers;
- Develop terms of reference and functional specifications;
- Describe data flows;
- Create functional specifications for solutions;
- Model processes in BPMN notation related to the area of automation;
- Participate in pre-sales processes: questionnaires, specifications, technical proposals, work with the development team;
- Form a backlog.
Qualifications and Experience
- Relevant experience in a Senior Business Analyst role is essential
- Experience of managing large projects;
- Analytical mindset, problem-solving capability;
- Ability to modify processes;
- Knowlege how to prioritize requirements, frameworks;
- Clearly explain complex processes verbally and in writing;
- Good abilities to document and write business solutions in English and Romanian languages.
