How the platform works

1. INTRODUCTION OF THE ORGANISATION CHART AND STRUCTURE OF THE STANDARDS LIBRARY

At management level, the basic standards of the organisation are defined and the roles for managing these standards are distributed. The organisation chart (including its migration), the structure of the standards and knowledge library, taking into account roles and access permissions are introduced.

2. START USING THE ORGANISATION'S STANDARDS

Start filling your library with documented standards and knowledge. Welcome packages with standards and knowledge are prepared for new employees.

3. PREPARATION OF TRAINING COURSES

The HR employee prepares the training materials, opens the system and creates a template for the training course.

4. ASSIGNING TRAINING TO EMPLOYEES

Based on the template created, a training course is organised (specifying the date by which it can be completed) and assigned to certain departments or individual employees.

5. EMPLOYEE TRAINING

Employees receive a notification that they have been assigned a new training course and take it and a test at the end.

6. TRAINING RESULTS

The results of participation in the training course can be: Passed, Not Passed or Expired.

7. ANALYSIS OF RESULTS

The results are recorded in the system. Based on this, the success quotient of each employee, department and company as a whole is calculated. Managers have access to a summary table of results for employees and departments.
