Earlyone is celebrating its tenth anniversary. Ten years built around a simple idea: to help people spend less time waiting in line and to help organizations serve them better. On September 11, 2026, this journey was celebrated in Yerevan at the fifth edition of the international conference 4Future Banking, organized by Earlyone, with the theme “The Integrated Customer Experience: The Ecosystem of the Future.” The event was attended by bank executives, fintech companies, and representatives of regulatory authorities, with guests from eight countries, including the Republic of Moldova. DAAC digital, Earlyone’s partner in Moldova, joined them in Yerevan.
Customers no longer distinguish between channels
The program covered artificial intelligence, Open Banking, process automation, data analytics, and security. There was a single common thread: the customer no longer distinguishes between a branch, an app, and a phone call, and the bank must manage them as a single flow.
The chairmen of the boards of directors of Araratbank, Amio Bank, and IDBank discussed competition and cooperation in the banking of the future with Gevorg Safaryan, the founder of Earlyone. A second panel, featuring representatives from Inecobank, Ardshinbank, Ameriabank, and ACBA Bank, examined how banks are transforming into technology companies.
What Actually Happened in Yerevan
- Customer Relationship Automation. Ameriabank presented the Between contact center platform. Out of 5,000 calls, 700 are processed fully automatically, without an agent.
- Data Used for Anticipation. A separate discussion, featuring Earlyone, began with the question of how customer data can be used to help the bank anticipate their needs, rather than merely respond to them.
- Regulation. Hovhannes Khachatryan, vice president of the Central Bank of Armenia, explained the “same risk, same regulation” principle as it applies to digital assets.
- Technology in the service area. Self-service terminals and biometric identification solutions were showcased in the exhibition area. These tools are transforming the customer’s visit to the branch.
10 Years of Earlyone: A Shared Goal
Alexandru Savinov, CEO of DAAC digital, visited Yerevan and congratulated Gevorg Safaryan, the founder of Earlyone, on the company’s 10th anniversary. The partnership has a long history: the 2025 edition of the conference took place in Chișinău, in partnership with DAAC digital. The goal remains the same: to save end customers time, provide a better experience at the service counter and in the app, and increase efficiency for the organizations that serve them.
“Ten years is a long time for a technology company. I congratulate the Earlyone team and Gevorg Safaryan on this journey. We are united by the same goal: to give people time and businesses efficiency. Every minute a customer doesn’t have to spend waiting in line means a better experience for them. In Moldova, we’re already seeing this in banks, utility companies, and public institutions. Happy anniversary, Earlyone!”, said Alexandru Savinov.
Over 1,900 hours given to customers in Moldova
A shared goal is best measured over time. Earlyone’s data for 2025 shows that, in Moldova, customers who reserved their seats through the mobile app saved a cumulative total of 114.304 minutes of waiting time—that is, over 1,900 hours or nearly 80 days—compared to customers who purchased tickets at the terminal.
This result stems from a still-small share: reservations via the app have reached 5%. The more customers book their visits via their phones, the more time is saved.
What this means for organizations in Moldova
The Earlyone customer flow management solution, available through DAAC Digital, is used in Moldova by banks, utility companies, and public institutions:
- Banks with a branch network: waittimes , branch workload, and operator performance are visible in real time across the entire network, and the reports can be used directly by management.
- Utilities and public institutions: Energocom ’s Energocom’s has been running on Earlyone from day one. Implementation took just a few days using the standard configuration, with no customizations.
- IT Teams: The solution is hardware-agnostic, requires no special installation, and integrates via API with CRM and existing systems.
Ten years of Earlyone means ten years of time given back to people. For DAAC Digital, the next step is for more and more customers in Moldova to experience this: less time wasted waiting in line, better service, and organizations that operate more efficiently.
