When a company launches a customer service center from scratch, the first decision matters: with or without a visitor flow management system. S.A. Energocom chose not to improvise – the electronic queue system was an integral part of the project from the very beginning.
A Correct Start, Not a Fix
Unlike many implementations that emerge as a response to already-formed queues or complaints, Energocom’s case is different. The company decided to integrate the QMS Earlyone solution simultaneously with the launch of its customer service center at the company’s headquarters at Ion Creangă 6V, ChiÈ™inău. The goal was clear: the system had to be operational and tested before opening day.
The contract was signed in November 2025, and installation and commissioning were completed within a few days in February 2026.
What Was Installed
The implementation covered the full functional package of the Earlyone solution: an electronic ticket dispenser terminal, integration with existing display boards for visitor routing, a mobile application, and an online operator activity monitoring module. The standard configuration fully met Energocom’s requirements without any additional customization.
“The implementation of the Earlyone system allowed us to efficiently manage the flow of visitors from the very first day of the Customer Service Center’s operation. We aimed to ensure that from the moment of opening, visitors would benefit from a clear and well-structured service process. The system is easy to use and gives us the ability to monitor the activity of S.A. Energocom’s Customer Service Center in real time.” – Adrian Junghina, Head of Customer Relations Department, Energocom Furnizare
