In 2009, DAAC System Integrator implemented an IPTV platform for the largest Internet provider and telecom operator in Moldova – Moldtelecom; Following the implementation of the project, Moldtelecom launched the IP-based digital TV service.

The launch of the IPTV platform has enabled Moldtelecom to expand its range of services and meet customer requirements, offering subscribers comprehensive TV services at affordable prices. The implemented solution made it possible to receive, process, record and transmit content to subscribers. The complex has been integrated with the operator’s billing system.

In 2016, the platform was upgraded and the range of services was completed with the Multiscreen solution, which allows content delivery and management between different stationary and mobile devices of the subscriber.

The next stage of the platform upgrade was the upgrade of the IPTV system to the latest Minerva Middleware version with support for interactive TV and subscriber-oriented content as well as support for Android TV.
