Anthropic’s research on countering the malicious use of AI is another signal to the market. While technology developers proactively build defenses and attackers boldly implement new tools for attacks, business continues to cling to the detrimental principle of “it’s working for now.” This obligates businesses to listen to the opinion of professionals, as unjustified skepticism and a refusal to accept the new reality create a critical vulnerability for companies.

Under these conditions, relying on formal ratings from Gartner or Forrester means substituting professional analysis with an illusion of security. A high position in a quadrant does not solve the main task. Professionalism is not about buying the “best” solution on paper, but about its correct selection, competent implementation, and adaptation to specific business processes, considering all operational costs. The growth of cyber threats will only intensify, and ignoring this fact means putting the stability of the entire business at risk.

It is necessary to reconsider the approach to cybersecurity. Adequate budgeting and the involvement of qualified partners are not an expense item but a mandatory investment in the company’s growth and stability. We call on leaders to move from a reactive stance to a proactive defense strategy to ensure the secure development of their business in the current environment.
