Chișinău will host the BSides 2025 conference for the first time, a landmark event in the cybersecurity world. The event will take place on October 31, 2025, at the “Cybercor” National Institute for Innovation in Cybersecurity (UTM).

The BSides series, which began in the US and has expanded to dozens of countries, is known for offering an open framework for specialists in the field. Researchers, IT administrators, academics, and public sector representatives gather here to share ideas and solutions for a safer digital world.

DAAC digital joins the event as a Community Sponsor partner, thus continuing to support projects that strengthen the culture of information security and collaboration within the IT community.

One of the conference speakers will be Alexey Shulenkov, Head of the Cybersecurity Division at DAAC digital.

His presentation, titled “Supply Chain Risk Management: Lessons Learned from Global Threats,” will address one of the most current challenges in modern security: managing risks that appear in the digital supply chain.
