A year ago, Migration and Asylum Office of the Republic of Moldova faced a difficult situation, a significant increase in the number of applications received from clients. In the context of the increased flow of refugees on 28 February 2022, a solution had to be found to improve the efficiency and speed of the services provided.
This was when the innovative electronic row system was implemented Earlyone at the Migration and Asylum Office. The system was developed to efficiently manage the flow of customers, monitor the service process in real time and minimize waiting time in queues.
The Earlyone mobile app was created to help customers book their seat remotely, so they can avoid waiting in queues at the one-stop counter. Users can generate a QR code to get a ticket online, which they can scan at the QMS terminal installed at the Migration and Asylum Office premises. The operator interface is simple and intuitive, and the information display shows relevant information about customer flow and service status.
The implementation of the Earlyone system has been a notable success for the Migration and Asylum Office of the Republic of Moldova. This has improved the efficiency and speed of the services offered and has allowed clients to benefit from a faster and easier process of registration and issuance of documents. Moreover, real-time monitoring of the service process and efficient management of the client flow has led to increased staff efficiency and higher client satisfaction.
Today, we can say that Earlyone has become an integral part of the functioning of the Migration and Asylum Office of the Republic of Moldova. The implementation of the system led to improving the services offered, making them more accessible and easier to use for all users. Earlyone’s success story at the Migration and Asylum Office of the Republic of Moldova is a testament to technology’s ability to facilitate and improve public service processes in our country.
