This year DAAC digital group of companies celebrates an important date – 30 years since its foundation.
Over three decades, the company has evolved from a small IT department to the largest player in digital solutions in Moldova, becoming synonymous with innovation, quality and sustainability.
How it all started
The history of DAAC digital dates back to 1995, when an IT department was created within the DAAC holding company, focused on the supply of modern computers and installation of the then advanced networks and software products. Every year the need for IT products and services grew, and in response to the challenges of the time, the company has evolved from a supplier of IT products, through the launch of the first in Moldova system integration business, through the creation of a project team for the development of software products and to one of the largest IT companies in the country, working as a partner for its customers in the challenges of digital transformation and the creation of digital platforms.
30 years of technology and international recognition
Today DAAC digital is a powerful international ecosystem, part of the DAAC holding, which includes three Moldovan IT companies, one of which is a resident of the IT Park, a subsidiary company in Tashkent, overseeing business in Central Asia, and a company in Bucharest, working on the Romanian market. DAAC digital’s arsenal includes hundreds of successfully implemented projects in various countries and industries: from finance and telecommunications to private companies, international organizations and the public sector. And thanks to the high level of technical expertise and innovative approach, DAAC digital companies are not only valuable partners of the world’s largest IT manufacturers, but are also recognized by them with a large number of awards.

DAAC digital employs about 200 specialists – engineers, developers, analysts, architects, managers, project management, finance and other employees.
