Responsibilities:
- Development and support of automated tests for web applications (UI и API);
- Conducting functional, regression, load, stress and other types of testing;
- Creation of test cases and test plans, as well as their up-to-date support;
- Analysis of testing results, reporting of defects, interaction with developers to eliminate them;
- Setting up and maintaining test infrastructure for automated testing;
- Support for CI/CD processes and integration of automated tests into «pipeline»;
- Writing reports on testing results and providing information to the development team.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Experience in automated testing of web applications for at least 2 years, ability to create automated tests for the frontend and backend of web applications;
- Knowledge and experience with test automation tools, including test automation frameworks (Selenium, Cypress, Cucumber, Playwright, TestCafe, Appium, etc.), as well as experience in REST API testing and knowledge of tools (e.g. Postman, REST Assured);
- Experience in writing tests in one of the programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, Python, C#, in accordance with the candidate’s core framework) for writing automated tests;
- Experience in load and stress testing, knowledge of performance testing tools (e.g. JMeter, Gatling, Locust or similar) and ability to analyze performance testing results to identify bottlenecks;
- Experience with version control systems and CI/CD, ability to work with Git and integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline (e.g. Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps);
- Skills in working with test management and defect tracking systems, experience in working with systems for maintaining and managing test cases and defects;
- Understanding of testing and development processes, knowledge of testing principles and methods (functional, regression, smoke testing, integration, system, UAT) and understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) with experience working in similar teams;
- Experience with log analysis tools;
- Experience in security testing (preferred);
- Ability to write SQL queries to work with databases and validate data.
