Creation of a universal information platform for the completion, transmission and processing of reports submitted by economic agents to central public authorities.

The system is an integrated software and technology complex consisting of the following core components:

• The single portal, which allows authorised users to submit reports to central public authorities on behalf of the organisations they represent.
• Specialised applications of central public authorities (CNAS, CNAM, BNS and others) that allow them to design and publish electronic report forms, receive and process reports submitted by authorised users.
• Electronic services of the Government of the Republic of Moldova:M-Pass (user authentication service), M-Sign (electronic signature service).
