Within the next stage of the development of the 1C HRM system (1С: Human Resource Management) in budget institutions, the module „Охрана труда / Securitatea şi sănătatea în muncă” was successfully launched into operation, ensuring compliance with current legislation requirements on occupational health and safety.
The automated personnel management processes have been supplemented with new functionalities to enhance the effectiveness of occupational health and safety management.
Now, CNAS employees have access in their personal 1C accounts not only to information about annual leave balances and leave requests but also to updated information about conducted trainings—introductory, at workplaces, and periodic—with the option of electronic confirmation of training completion via the MSign platform, both by employees and responsible persons.
The system generates the „Fișă personală de instruire în domeniul securităţii şi sănătăţii în muncă” with data on completed trainings, ensuring transparency in training data and control over training schedules.
Workplace supervisors timely receive notifications about upcoming deadlines for repeated trainings and the necessity for unplanned trainings in cases of prolonged employee absence or changes in their positions or subdivisions in the specialized section „Instructajele privind protecția muncii pentru formalizarea locului de muncă”.
The implementation of this module meets current legislative requirements and contributes to improving the quality of occupational health and safety management in budget institutions.
