In the framework of the project carried out in 2004-2005, a comprehensive information system for documenting the population of the Kyrgyz Republic was developed and implemented taking into account the functionality of the Registry Platform. Functionality ensures the possibility to maintain the State Population Register of the country.

As part of the comprehensive information system, a Data and National Identification Documents Production Centre was created practically from scratch, including: a server farm, a secure network, specialised personalisation devices, workplaces and the entire documentation process.

The company ensured the delivery and deployment of the technology and software platform, the integration of the main components and the training of the technical specialists of the beneficiary’s project team.

The project was carried out in collaboration with the British corporation DeLaRue.
