DAAC System Integrator, as general contractor, together with the company Naumen, has won an international tender for the delivery, integration and implementation of a modern contact centre to replace the outdated call centre for the national telecom operator Moldtelecom.
As part of the implementation, a hardware platform for the contact centre system and communications equipment for receiving and processing calls via various communications media were delivered.
During the project, a new platform providing all the classic capabilities of contact centre systems was integrated with the company’s business systems, a single operator workplace for 200 users was implemented, multi-channel interaction with subscribers was realised, the possibility to perform telemetering and service quality assessment was organised.
