Ministry of Agriculture and Food Industry (UCIMPA Project) benefited, in 2022, from the implementation of a digital audio and videoconferencing system realized by DAAC digital.
The UCIMPA Project is part of the World Bank funded initiative to improve food safety and modernize agricultural infrastructure in the Republic of Moldova.
Project Description:
Within this project, DAAC digital implemented a complete audio and video conferencing solution, including equipment from Poly, DELL and Samsung.
The system was designed to support the Ministry’s activities in implementing and monitoring competitive agriculture projects.
Manufacturers and Technologies Used:
- Poly: High-performance videoconferencing and audio equipment.
- DELL: Hardware solutions for infrastructure.
- Samsung: Presentation screens for digital signage.
Main Benefits:
- Improved communication: Implementation of the solution has facilitated effective communication between the different departments of the Ministry.
- Support for quick decisions: the system allowed operational meetings and strategic meetings to be conducted remotely, optimizing reaction time.
