Murad Ismailov, Deputy Minister of Sports of the Republic of Uzbekistan, recently held a working meeting in Tashkent with Oleg Rotaru, Country Director, DAAC digital (Uzbekistan), and Rustam Kurganbaev, Managing Partner of Interra Advisory.

Discussions centered on accelerating digitalization and implementing artificial intelligence technologies in the sports sector. Participants reviewed several specific proposals aimed at enhancing existing IT platforms and developing innovative AI-based solutions.

Special attention during the meeting was given to the prospects for exporting ERP Sport, Uzbekistan’s national electronic sports management system. To effectively launch the platform internationally, it was agreed to form a joint working group tasked with preparing the necessary legal, technical, and marketing materials to promote ERP Sport outside Uzbekistan.

The next meeting to move forward on these plans is scheduled for mid-summer. Following this meeting, the parties expect to approve a roadmap, including a schedule of ERP Sport demonstrations at international sports industry events and a preliminary list of potential foreign partners.
