Responsibilities

• Design and develop complex, scalable, and secure web applications using .NET 10 (ASP.NET Web API / MVC);
• Define and own architectural decisions, ensuring high performance, maintainability, and scalability of solutions;
• Lead a team of developers: task planning, technical guidance, and delivery ownership;
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and analysts to translate business requirements into technical solutions;
• Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices;
• Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code;
• Ensure proper unit and integration test coverage;
• Support and improve CI/CD pipelines in collaboration with DevOps teams;
• Mentor and coach team members, promote knowledge sharing, and support professional growth;
• Continuously evaluate and introduce new technologies and tools to improve development processes.

Qualifications and Experience

• 4+ years of professional experience with .NET, including experience in a Senior or Team Lead role;
• Higher education in ICT or a related field;
• Strong expertise in C#, .NET, and ASP.NET (Web API, MVC);
• Advanced knowledge of T-SQL (DML, DDL, ACID, query optimization);
• Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL;
• Solid experience in web services development (REST, SOAP, WCF);
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for effective backend–frontend collaboration;
• Experience designing and working with microservices architecture;
• Proficient with Git and collaborative development workflows;
• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines;
• Working knowledge of Docker (containers, images, Dockerfile, Docker Compose); Helm is a plus;
• Experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes or Docker Swarm) is a plus;
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar tools is a plus;
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Leadership mindset, excellent communication skills, and ability to drive technical decisions;
• Experience with Quartz.NET or Hangfire is an advantage.
