Your Profile:

  • 4+ years of experience as a Java Developer;
  • Experience as a Team Lead or in leading small to medium-sized development teams, including task delegation, mentoring, code review, and performance management;
  • Higher education in ICT or a related field;
  • Strong experience with Java, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, Git, Maven, and SQL;
  • Good knowledge of and hands-on experience with Spring Cloud Gateway, Spring Cloud Netflix, MapStruct, PostgreSQL, and Docker;
  • Experience with unit and integration testing;
  • Experience in designing and implementing software architecture, making technical decisions, and defining best practices;
  • Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
  • Fluent English and Russian, with a good command of Romanian;
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proactive, responsible, and ready to inspire and guide a team toward results.
