Your Profile:

• At least 2 years of experience in user support, helpdesk, or technical support roles;

• Higher education or vocational/technical secondary education in IT is a plus;

• Fluency in Romanian and Russian, with conversational English and the ability to discuss basic IT topics;

• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS), office applications, and common IT tools;

• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize requests;

• Proactive, responsible, and team-oriented, with a willingness to learn and grow professionally.
