Ensures the implementation of the basic business logic in the system: management of commercial outlets and other objects, administration of tariffs, realization of the rental of accounted objects, generation of invoices and contracts, providing data for rent payment in the payment system, interaction via the “mConect” service with state information resources, as well as performing data selection for monitoring and reporting.

Subsystem «Payments»

Interacts with the payment systems services and the accounting system for the purpose of receiving and subsequently recording data on payments made for points of sale and other registered objects. Information on payments made is fed into the ‘Rent’ subsystem, as well as data sets for monitoring and reporting. It adapts to the customer.

Subsystem «Security»

Keep track of all users, manage their rights and organize data access. To this end, the subsystem performs user identification based on data in the security subsystem.

Subsystem «Personal Cabinet»

Provides users with a personal area where they can view and update their personal data and that of the organization they represent, choose commercial places and other objects for rent, receive invoices for payment of selected services, conclude contracts, view the list and history of rented commercial places and payments made, and receive other information provided by the market administration.

Web application

It is the main means for users to access system functions, depending on the rights granted and roles assigned. Can use modern versions of the main browsers (Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari, etc.).

Mobile app

It provides access to the system through a WEB version adapted for any mobile device (smartphone, tablet) with “iOS” or “Android” operating system and serves to give the customer access to the “Personal Cabinet” functions as well as the controller to perform its functions.
