The program covered artificial intelligence, Open Banking, process automation, data analytics, and security. There was a single common thread: the customer no longer distinguishes between a branch, an app, and a phone call, and the bank must manage them as a single flow.<\/p>\n

The chairmen of the boards of directors of Araratbank, Amio Bank, and IDBank discussed competition and cooperation in the banking of the future with Gevorg Safaryan, the founder of Earlyone. A second panel, featuring representatives from Inecobank, Ardshinbank, Ameriabank, and ACBA Bank, examined how banks are transforming into technology companies.<\/p>\n
