When a company launches a customer service center from scratch, the first decision matters: with or without a visitor flow management system. S.A. Energocom<\/a><\/b> chose not to improvise – the electronic queue system was an integral part of the project from the very beginning.<\/p>\n

A Correct Start, Not a Fix<\/h5>\n

Unlike many implementations that emerge as a response to already-formed queues or complaints, Energocom’s case is different. The company decided to integrate the QMS Earlyone <\/a><\/b>solution simultaneously with the launch of its customer service center at the company’s headquarters at Ion Creang\u0103 6V, Chi\u0219in\u0103u. The goal was clear: the system had to be operational and tested before opening day.<\/p>\n

The contract was signed in November 2025, and installation and commissioning were completed within a few days in February 2026.<\/p>\n

What Was Installed<\/h5>\n

The implementation covered the full functional package of the Earlyone solution: an electronic ticket dispenser terminal, integration with existing display boards for visitor routing, a mobile application, and an online operator activity monitoring module. The standard configuration fully met Energocom’s requirements without any additional customization.<\/p>\n
