Within the next stage of the development of the 1C HRM<\/b> system (1\u0421: Human Resource Management) in budget institutions, the module \u201e\u041e\u0445\u0440\u0430\u043d\u0430 \u0442\u0440\u0443\u0434\u0430 \/ Securitatea \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103tatea \u00een munc\u0103\u201d<\/b> was successfully launched into operation, ensuring compliance with current legislation requirements on occupational health and safety.<\/p>\n

The automated personnel management processes have been supplemented with new functionalities to enhance the effectiveness of occupational health and safety management.<\/p>\n

Now, CNAS<\/a><\/b> employees have access in their personal 1C accounts not only to information about annual leave balances and leave requests but also to updated information about conducted trainings\u2014introductory, at workplaces, and periodic\u2014with the option of electronic confirmation of training completion via the MSign <\/b><\/a>platform, both by employees and responsible persons.<\/p>\n

The system generates the \u201eFi\u0219\u0103 personal\u0103 de instruire \u00een domeniul securit\u0103\u0163ii \u015fi s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u0163ii \u00een munc\u0103\u201d<\/b> with data on completed trainings, ensuring transparency in training data and control over training schedules.<\/p>\n

Workplace supervisors timely receive notifications about upcoming deadlines for repeated trainings and the necessity for unplanned trainings in cases of prolonged employee absence or changes in their positions or subdivisions in the specialized section \u201eInstructajele privind protec\u021bia muncii pentru formalizarea locului de munc\u0103\u201d<\/b>.<\/p>\n
