In 2009, DAAC System Integrator implemented an IPTV platform for the largest Internet provider and telecommunications operator in the Republic of Moldova - Moldtelecom. As a result of the project, Moldtelecom launched a digital TV service based on IP technology.

The IPTV platform allowed Moldtelecom to expand the range of services and satisfy the customers'requirements, offering subscribers comprehensive television services at affordable prices. The implemented solution provides receipt of content, its processing, recording and streaming to subscribers. The complex was integrated with the operator's billing system.

In 2016, the platform was modernized and the Multiscreen solution was added to the range of services, which allows delivering and managing content between various stationary and mobile devices of the subscriber.

The next phase of platform modernization was upgrading the IPTV system to the most modern version of Minerva Middleware with support for interactive TV and content-oriented to each subscriber, as well as with support for Android TV.
