Creation of a universal information platform for the preparation, transmission and processing of reports of economic operators to the central public authorities.

The system is an integrated software and technology complex, consisting of the following main components:

• The single Portal, which allows authorized users to submit reports to the central public authorities on behalf of the organizations they represent.
• Specialized applications of the central public authorities (NSIH, NHIC, NBS and others), which allow them to design and publish forms of electronic reports, receive and process reports provided by authorized users.
• Electronic services of the Government of the Republic of Moldova:M-Pass (user authentication), M-Sign (electronic signature service).
