
A modern Contact Centre for a telecommunications operator
DAAC System Integrator, as a general contractor, together with Naumen company, won an international tender for the delivery, integration and implementation of a modern contact center to replace the outdated call center for the national telecommunications operator Moldtelecom.
As part of the implementation, a hardware platform for the contact center system and communication equipment for receiving and processing calls by various means of communication was delivered.
In the course of the project, a new platform that provides all the classic capabilities of contact center systems was integrated with the company's business systems, a single operator's workstation for 200 users was implemented, multi-channel interaction with subscribers was put in place, the possibility of televoting and assessing the quality of service was created.
